Their last project having been very bassy and electronic, this time Captains of the Imagination explore jazz, soul, groove & afro sounds, with an EP that is more downtempo but just as engaging. With renowned jazz musicians Léon Phal, Zacharie Ksyk and Erwan Valazza in the mix, Vibernum eases the group’s transition into a more live band-styled set, fitting for the Cully Jazz and Caribana festivals they will play at this year.

A project full of lightness without being naive, Evita Koné, Imagine and Dr Koul haven’t lost their knack for musical originality and ingenious lyricisms - they just happen to be inviting you to vibe with the spring season.
